3.1 to 3.5 – The Service is available on a subscription basis. Terms include automatic renewal, upgrade policies, no refunds for partial service periods, and specifics on billing and payment methods. Data for SaaS utilizes a third-party intermediary for payment processing, ensuring secure transactions without storing complete billing information on our servers.
4. Changes
4.1 – Data for SaaS reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. Continued use of the Site after changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms. Data for SaaS may also introduce new services and features, which will be subject to these Terms.

7.1 – Data for SaaS is not liable for downtime, data loss, or any estimated profit losses. We also hold no responsibility for the usage of our clients’ accounts and reserve the right to deactivate or remove accounts without restitution for any violations of these Terms.
